A vacuum system(consisted with vacuum pump, vacuum measuring device, vacuum valve and etc) is used in the furnace chamber to discharge some part of the material. So that the pressure inside the chamber is less than a standard atmospheric pressure to achieve a vacuum state.

It's a industrial furnace that heats by heating elements in a environment close to the vacuum state. Furnace chamber is sealed by a metal shell or quartz glass bell. The pipe in chamber is connected with vacuum pump system. Chamber vacuum value can be 133×(10-2~10-4)Pa. Inner heating system is resistance wire(tungsten) or high frequency induction heating. The max temperature is probably 3000℃. It's mainly used for ceramic firing, vacuum smelting, electric vacuum parts degassing, annealing, brazing of metal parts, ceramic-metal sealing and etc.
